Rules ,Regulations, Terms & Conditions for Chunchale Section Visitors, Voluntary participants, Study & Researchers

1)Application for Entry Pass: To obtain the free entry pass the visitors should submit the online application or send an email on institution’s email id- info@snpp.in at least 48 hours before of their visit in which following information should be provided: Visitors Full name, full address, mobile no, email id, purpose of visit, visit date & time, reference, photo ID proof.

2)Approval for Visit & Entry Pass: After receipt of aforesaid mail, relevant information & documents the office will issue the entry pass subject to verification & time slot availability.

3)Visit Time: Time slots will be 9am to 11 am, 3 pm to 5 pm for Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays only. The visitors should follow the allotted time slot strictly. Visit will be strictly time bound but subject to cancellation in case of emergency or Act of God, Natural Calamity for which SNPP will not be responsible / liable in any manner whatsoever.

4)Reserved right & responsibility : The institution reserves the right of admission / entry to any person(s) which is at the sole discretion of the institution. The institution will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever in case of direct/indirect loss, injury to anybody’s life and or property happens due to any reason inside the premises.

5)Restrictions: The visitors are allowed to take only drinking water, mobile phones, cameras, binoculars, emergency-essential medicines, umbrella, shoes, chappals, wears, note book, pen, pencil etc. only with them. Other things are strictly not allowed to take inside. Visitors are not allowed to pluck / take any of forest produce Fruits, Leaves, Flowers, Manure, Wood, Plant, Tree etc. with them.

6)Transportation, Photography: Visitors vehicles should be parked at the parking location. Visitors will be taken inside the Biodiversity project in institution’s tractor- trailer only. Those are unable/unfit to go in a tractor are advised not to go inside the premises. Photography & observation will be allowed at the observatory spots decided by the institution. Visitors will have to move as per the instructions of tour guide & will not have unrestricted freedom to move inside the premises.

7)Extreme care: Said premises are rich in biodiversity. A Gaushala, Lakhs of trees, Flora & Fauna, Many Animals, Birds, Reptiles, Water Bodies with aquatic life, Honey Bee Keeping, Page 2 of 3

 

Solar Power Generation, Vermi Compost projects are exist in the premises. Extreme care should be taken that it should not be harmed, disturbed in any manner whatsoever.

8)Certified Organic Premises: The entire premises are under Organic Certification hence carrying & Spreading of nature polluting substances like plastic, papers, chemicals, fossil oil, and inflammables, fire creation, tobacco, cigarettes, alcoholic contents is strictly prohibited & liable for penal / legal action as to cost & consequences of the concerned visitor/s.

9)Nature Conservation: Said Chunchale zone is just like an Oxygen factory hence visitors are advised to preserve, conserve, support the nature & enjoy the moments with it.

10)Trees Plantation (Terms, Conditions, Rules, Regulations): The nature lovers & environment supporters who want to Voluntarily participate in the trees plantation & preservation activities of the institution should have to follow the rules & regulations as follows:

i) They will have to apply the institution in a prescribed format.

ii) The approval to such application will be at the sole discretion of the trust. After approval of their application they will have to take the approved plants of endangered, rare, indigenous species only inside the premises & plant it at the location provided by the institution. Fruit bearing trees plantation will not be allowed.

iii) They will have to follow the entire process, system & rules of the plantation suggested by the institution’s team.

iv) No right, title, interest in any manner whatsoever will be created in any of the property of the institution including the planted materials /saplings & the grown trees / shrubs etc.

v) The institution will not be responsible for the matters like proper growth, sustainability, survival of the trees as it is completely depend on natural / atmospheric conditions.

vi) The institution will have complete right on the produce of all the trees such as flowers, honey, gum, wood, fruits, leaves, stems, roots etc.

vii) No claim in any manner whatsoever will be entertained as the trees plantation & preservation activities are being carried out for the social purpose & noble cause of environment support only.

 

11) Study / Research (terms, conditions, rules, regulations): The persons, organizations, entities who want to make any study,research, survey, report on the biodiversity, environment, aquatic life etc. should have to follow the rules & regulations as follows: Page 3 of 3

i) They will have to apply the institution in a prescribed format along with recommendation by the concerned education institution / organization and testimonials, the qualification, educational institution, what will be done during study, the purpose of study i.e.for which course etc; to be submitted to SNPP.

ii) The approval to such application will be at the sole discretion of the trust. After approval of their application they (applicant) will have to take the initial survey and satisfy with all the conditions therein.

iii) They will have to follow the entire process, system & rules of the study, research, survey etc. suggested by their education institution & arrange for required material at their sole cost.

iv) Institution will not provide any such material, assistance to anybody. The institution will only allow for such study, research, survey, report etc. & endorse it, if required.

v) They will have to submit a self-attested copy of their printed study, research, survey, report etc. for institution’s record purpose.

vi) No right, title, interest in any manner whatsoever will be created in any of the property of the institution.

vii) The institution will not be responsible for the loss of life and or property of anybody in any manner whatsoever.

viii) No claim in any manner whatsoever will be entertained regarding copyright, patent etc. of their study, research, survey, report etc. carried out at institution’s premises.

12) Govt. Regulations on Covid-19 Pandemic: All the visitors should follow the Govt. Regulations on Covid-19 Pandemic like keeping physical distance from each other, wearing a mask properly, vaccination etc. Those have symptoms of Covid-19 Pandemic will not be allowed to visit / should not visit.

13) Aforesaid Rules, Terms & Conditions and their application are subject to change, amend any time without prior-intimation to anybody without assigning any reason.
